-Bible memory verses and
-Bible crafts

The math book contains over 70 pages of learning activities!

*Sample shown below*
Here you can see the student page for the letter Aa.
The children will hear the story of how
Adam and Eve disobeyed God.
The title of the page is "Adam ate an apple."
Then they will color in their letter of the week: Aa.

In the back of the book the teacher will find the craft and pre-cut the pieces.
(All of the craft pieces for each letter are included in the back of the book!)

Here is what the completed letter Aa page could look like!

In the math book the children will study one number per week.
As they learn about 'Adam ate an apple' in their alphabet book
they will see 1 apple in their math book!

Thanksgiving Celebration!

Thanksgiving is on it's way
and we were ready to celebrate!

First, we had to make our 'turkey goody bags!'

Next, we sat together and read a few books
on Thanksgiving!
(It's important to know what we are celebrating ;)

Then, we make our 'Thankful pine cone turkeys."

I traced their hand and wrote:
"I am thankful for..." on it and
on each feather they told me what they thank God for.

For snack they each decorated and created
their own 'turkey' cupcake!

One of my student's precious mom made these
cute rice crispy treats for the kids!

This little cutie made ME something
so special!

After snack time and clean up
we played a few games and
then made a Thanksgiving wreath!

It was a wonderful day
thanking Jesus for family and each other!
I love all my students so much!
Thank you Jesus for JOY SCHOOL!

100 Books Party

Today was our 100 Books Party!
Yes, we celebrated 100 Days of School,
but this is different!

In September I handed out a 'Book Worm'
Reading Log Sheet.
Honestly, I cannot remember where I found it, but
I changed it a bit by dividing the worm into 20 somewhat equal parts
and writing in the numbers for each segment of it's body.

As the mom, dad, or sibling reads a book to the child
the student colors in the Book Worm.
When they have had one-hundred books
read to them, I throw a party to celebrate!

The children came in today
excited to show me their charts!

And with every party there must be crowns!

and cupcakes!!

Of course on this special book day,
we read from the most special book there is...the Bible!

They were given LOTS of stickers to decorate their crowns!

And what party would be complete without
a goody bag??!!!

I am so proud of all my students!

 I LOVE my students
and I LOVE blessing them with rewards
 for all their hard work!
They are the BEST!
